Make a Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how to start a return.

1. Review our policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Custom-made prescription lenses, opened contact lenses, and final-sale items cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

2. Email us to start your return

Send the following to homeoptical777@gmail.com:

  • Your order number (from your order confirmation email)
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo if the item is damaged or defective

3. Ship it back

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Pack the item securely and send it to:

4. Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card may take additional time to post the refund.
