The fastest production of glasses in my life! We had an exceptional experience with Raquel at Home Optical. She was very mindful of our needs and even offered to process glasses before we could release insurance benefits putting trust in us as customers. I have not seen this level of customer service at any other place. Their prices and promotions make the purchase of prescription glasses to be an affordable yet high quality option. I felt treated like a family there: very caring staff. And the cherry on top is that they produce lenses onsite and we were able to have glasses ready in less than an hour- no need for a second trip!

Yesterday I had my eye exam and the technology that Home Optical has is incredible, they do a complete exam, you can see your eye from the inside and the doctors explain everything to you! The wonderful staff here saw me right at closing and gave me a thorough, thoughtful exam. They were very attentive and cared about my eye health in a way I have never experienced at an optometrist/glasses store. I will definitely come back every year considering they are a local, small business and went above and beyond to help me.
My contacts fell on the floor of the bathroom inside the plane during my flight. I searched everywhere in Aventura/Miami for a place that could sell me a trial or make new glasses for me the same day, upon calling I learned that they could help and so I went in, found a great frame and in 30min I walked out with prescription glasses. Best service ever!!
