How long does it take to complete an Eye Exam?
Can I get my glasses and contacts the same day?
Yes, in most cases, we can have your eyeglasses ready in 1 hour or contact lens trials or both. This really depends on your prescription and the in-store stock availability. Otherwise, Next Day Delivery can be arranged for a minimal "Rush" fee.
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?
We sincerely apologize if the merchandise you received differed from what you ordered. Please contact our customer service to arrange for the item to be returned for a free replacement. Return Authorization Labels are Free
How long does shipping usually take?
